Free (donations-based) yoga class in Davis – All donations are for Sahaya

Located on 3rd Street in downtown Davis, between G Street and I Street; the studio is adjacent to the parking lot behind the street-front stores on the north side of 3rd Street.

The teacher:

The teacher is Saroja Subrahmanyan. She has been teaching yoga for the last 16 years at various places within the US and abroad.  She also teaches yoga at St. Mary’s College.  The style of yoga is called Integral Yoga which gives importance to both active postures as well as deep relaxation, pranayama and meditation.
